How it Works

• Choose the amount you would like to give
• Add the recipients name and email address and write a personal message (optional)
• The gift voucher will then be emailed to the recipient and a receipt will be emailed to you. (You will not be charged for shipping if you are only purchasing a voucher)
• if you would prefer to give it to them personally, be sure to put your email address instead and we will send it to you to print
• To purchase multiple vouchers, simply keep adding to your shopping cart

Terms and Conditions

• Gift vouchers are online vouchers only, purchase of gift vouchers can be made from the G&E website and redeemed on the website only, not redeemable at any G&E stockists
• Gift vouchers can be purchased in NZD and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash
• Gift vouchers must be used in one transaction. If under redeemed the remaining amount will not be reissued or refunded
• If your order exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid for by credit or debit card
• Loyalty rewards and promotion codes cannot be used on gift voucher purchases
• If you return products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to a new gift voucher. This credit can be redeemed against subsequent online orders
• Gift vouchers will be emailed to the recipients email address stated at time of purchase and a confirmation sent to the purchaser as a receipt. G&E are not liable for delivery of gift vouchers to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser
• G&E is not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission
• GST and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a G&E gift voucher. Shipping will not be charged on the purchase of a gift voucher, unless other G&E products are also purchased within the same order
