Shipping policy

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping within New Zealand on orders over $100.00.

Orders under $100.00 are charged a flat shipping rate of $13.00.

Delivery addresses

Please provide a delivery address that can be easily accessed by a courier. Where possible, we recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive your parcel.

Delivery timeframe

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been packed and collected by our courier, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.

New Zealand deliveries generally arrive within 2-3 working days following dispatch. Please allow a little longer for rural addresses and during particularly busy periods.

If your order contains a pre-order item, we will be in touch with an estimated delivery timeframe.

Australian orders

Australian orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $40 AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.

International orders

For delivery outside New Zealand and Australia, please email info@georgeandedi.com with your delivery location and the products you would like to purchase, and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote.
