Shipping Costs

Orders over $100 will be shipped free within New Zealand.

All orders under $100 shipping within New Zealand are charged a flat shipping fee of $10.

Delivery addresses

It is safer if you can provide a delivery address which can be easily accessed by a courier and where someone will be available to receive the package such as business address.

Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery timeframe

We despatch all orders for items in stock within 24 hours of receiving the order Monday to Friday.  Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

If you have ordered an item that is on preorder we will contact you once we have an estimated delivery time.

Once we have picked and packed your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress.

Couriers generally deliver within with 2-3 working days (a little longer for Rural addresses).  However covid or weather related delays can mean that things take a little longer and unfortunately this is out of our control.
