A gift box of ‘little moments and rituals’ that bring joy and help Sarah to relax and unwind
I believe any time is a good time for a freshly brewed cup of coffee and Allpress roast some of my favourite beans. I love to serve this in an Amanda Shanley handcrafted mug, which enhances the joy of the moment even further. These beautiful ceramic mugs are so lovely to hold and no two are ever the same – much like every cup of coffee I make!
To add a wee treat to the occasion, I add in a few squares of Bennetto’s Dark Rasperry Chocolate – it has lots of freeze dried raspberries, but no diary or soy lecithin, so it’s perfect for most of us.
To add a little ambiance to my surroundings I like to burn a perfumed candle and my go to fragrance is currently Havana. Whilst i love all our fragrances for different reasons, Havana has been a consistent go to, as I can’t resist it’s smokey notes and hints of patchouli and the flickering flame of a candle is still a joy to me, 11 years on from starting G&E
I don’t stop and relax enough, so this next year I really plan on taking more time out for these simple pleasures and i hope you will be joining me – Sarah x
