Gift vouchers are online vouchers only, purchase of gift vouchers can be made from the G&E website and redeemed on the website only, not redeemable at any G&E stockists
Gift vouchers can be purchased in NZD and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash
Gift vouchers must be used in one transaction. If under redeemed the remaining amount will not be reissued or refunded
If your order exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid for by credit or debit card
Loyalty rewards and promotion codes cannot be used on gift voucher purchases
If you return products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to a new gift voucher. This credit can be redeemed against subsequent online orders
Gift vouchers will be emailed to the recipients email address stated at time of purchase and a confirmation sent to the purchaser as a receipt. G&E are not liable for delivery of gift vouchers to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser
G&E is not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission
GST and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a G&E gift voucher. Shipping will not be charged on the purchase of a gift voucher, unless other G&E products are also purchased within the same order
