How long does shipping take?
We use new zealand couriers overnight delivery to most areas in new zealand – rural delivery will be 2 days. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel – or leave instructions in the comments section when ordering, that the courier is allowed to leave the package at the door
What if i’m not home to sign for my order?
If you are not home to collect your orders, NZ Couriers will leave a card at the address you provided with information on how to arrange re-delivery. If you think your order has been delivered and can’t find a card, see ‘where is my order?’ Below
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders over $50 within New Zealand. All orders below $50 are charged a flat delivery rate of $13.25 within New Zealand
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your nz courer consignment number. You can track the progress of your order through to delivery at www.Nzcouriers.Co.Nz – enter your consignment number in the track and trace area on their home page. Can i ship to multiple addresses?
We are unable to process split shipments within one order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address
Can i ship to a PO box?
The courier company we use will not deliver to a po box, so we are therefore unable to ship to po boxes
What about lost or damaged goods?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, or you have not received your order within 3 working days, please email us at [email protected] or call us on 021 268 0642 monday to friday 9am-5pm and we can assist you with this
Do you offer international shipping?
Products purchased on this website can currently only be delivered within new zealand. If you are based overseas and would like to purchase g&e products, please email us your full shipping address and the details of what you would like to order to [email protected] and we can obtain a quote from nz post to ship to your address. Please note: due to hazardous and flammable goods restrictions, we are unable to ship our room spray internationally
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note, in accordance with new zealand export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable ‘merchandise’ and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a ‘gift’ for export purposes.
