I was so pleased to receive my order. It was quick and delivered in not your normal grey plastic courier bag, but a pretty pink design.once opened, my products were self contained in a beautiful box surrounded by delightful tissue. Was also accompanied by a personal card. Just love my Black Orchid and I know I can always reorder as many diffusers are out is stock or discontinued.
